Sambal Rojak is a hot and spicy dressing made from chili peppers, organic palm sugar and cashew nuts. This sambal is delicious with raw vegetables and fruits, like in the traditional Malaysian dish, Rojak. It can also be enjoyed on the side of Asian recipes or spread onto a sandwich for an extra kick.
