French Toast with Fig, Berries and Yoghurt Sauce

When it comes to making the perfect breakfast on Saturday morning with your family members, it seems that there are few other options that hit the spot quite as french toast does; the smell of soaked bread in the egg mixture and then pan-fried using butter, so divine.


What You'll Need and How;


One slice of white bread cut into a triangle, mixed one egg with 2 tbsp milk, then soak the sliced bread in the mixture and pan-fry in a mixed of 1tbsp extra light olive oil and 1tbsp butter.


For the yoghurt sauce, add 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt with 2 tbsp cream cheese and 1tsp cinnamon sugar.


And then top-it up with Fig, blueberries, pomegranate seed.

(or any of your favourite fruits).
